The prefered method of payment is via PayPal. Since PayPal transactions tend to be instant, online, fast and secure there really is very little reason why not to use it. It also allows us to easily process the transactions, prevents transactions getting "lost in the post" along with other problems that may delay payment. We can also accept cheques but please go to your invoices page once logged in and click "pay" to see more information about paying by cheque.
Once you decide on a domain name we will raise an invoice that is considered "optional" meaning we will not hassle you for payment. This is because we will only go ahead and register the domain name after we recieve payment. This includes domain name renewals, however, please be aware that if we do not recieve payment in time (see processing times below) then you may lose the domain name.
A contract will be emailed to you detailing what will be done during the time you require from us. To sign the contract you simply reply to the email indicating that you want to go ahead with it. Once signed, invoice(s) will be raised on the same date the contract was signed and you will be given 30 days to pay the invoice(s) unless you wish for your website to go online earlier than this, in which case see "12 Months Hosting" below.
Once you decide to go ahead with putting your website online for 12 months then an invoice will be raised for this. You will not be chased for payment because only once you have paid the hosting invoice will 12 months hosting be applied to your website. If you have any outstanding "Assistance" invoices (see above) then these must be paid in full before the 12 months web hosting can be applied. Please be aware that your site may experience downtime if we are unable to process a payment for renewing hosting (see processing times below).
Please be carefull not to leave payment until the last minute for services / products that may expire such as domain names and web hosting. If we are unable to process a payment for what ever reason it may result in the loss of domain name(s) or your website going offline. We are able to process payments during normal business hours (mon to friday, 9am till 5pm) and normally takes no longer than 2 business days to process.
